Is a grade A* nutcase, to be sure. He claims a heritage which is equal parts
Holy Blood Holy Grail and Return of the King, with a big bit of "The
Invisibles" royal witchcraft thrown in. Has to be read to be beleived.

More worryingly, he's apparently a local boy (to me, anyway)...

UAability? He's the rightful witch king, for Hecate's sake...whats not to
like? Is he part of the sleepers? Some sort of lunatic double bluff - he's
so weird, and so obviously weird, that he can't be legit, or so most people
think... Secretly, he' s an ace english cryptomancer - he can't lie, and
gets charges by playing his occultish weirdness to the hilt (and what if it
were all true?)...
