All the Special Characters are dual Avatar/Adepts.
They get magic from schools not unlike Herpemancy
(Ratturgy, for example). The Avatar situation is
likened to the animal entities they serve/are served
by. The Uncle King Rat has lost a lot of his power due
to his necessary cowardice in the Germany incident.

Chris, like King Rat, but now with 50% more Rat.
