[UA] "Break Today" and To Go

I'm running "To Go" right now.  So far, I've only used Break Today for
its list of 100 random miracles.  If your players like to chat with NPCs,
then Break Today would probably be really helpful for how to roleplay
ordinairy Attaxers.  My PCs are sort of antisocial though, so Break Today
has not been helpful.  

One major hint for running To Go:  Try to get some sense of the PCs
ideology and stance on various Archtypes before you run the game.  (or,
if you're really cool, give them some scenarios that let them explore
their allegiances through actions - sort of like a fairy tale or parable)
