Apologies, it is indeed those that have Soul Stats
greater than the Suit's I See You DICE CHECK. It is
the dice result.

It was made 100% because it's not something the
bday-suits are ever going to fail at doing.

Your 88 translates to 16 H2H and then to 7 against the
Birthday Suit's resistance.

Astral Parasites leech off Soul. The Birthday Suit
does the same thing, but it's a hideous flying bag of
skin that attaches itself to you to do the Soul
leeching.

Cunning that! I suppose in the future, there might be
another version of the B-Day Suit.
