1.  Is the acronym YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary, basically meaning, 'This is 
what I managed to do with X, but your results probably won't be the same') 
common enough to warrant inclusion here?  Plus, keep in mind that first 
edition's TOSG has been replaced in the second ed. with GLS, the Global 
Liberation Society.
