Well, it's a fight-off-pain-and-disorientation thing, so I can see how 
strength of will would play a large part. Being big and buff isn't 
necessarily going to help you out when there's pepper in your eyes . . . 
though I think one could argue it's reasonable to allow targets to try to 
make a matched Body roll instead.
