In the UA campaign I played in, my Demourgist (democracy magic) was just beginning to pick up the Flying Woman avatar.  Which would probably let to conflicts in the long run but as her avatar skill was only up to a 6 (I think) when the campaign ended, it really had not become a problem yet . . .
