A German investor fund has bought 333 West Wacker in Chicago.  A curved
green-glass office tower on the Chicago River, it's being sold for $208
million.

I took a boat tour and, IIRC, that's the building where the guide said
"There's enough green glass in that tower to make a pair of sunglasses for
every man, woman and child on planet Earth."
