I got the below email from a friend of mine in the
sideshow industry.  The show is on the Discovery
channel tonight (July 1st) at 10pm and again at 1am
(July 2nd by then)

Hey Kids,
For once I'm telling you to turn on the TV.  It'll be
worth it.  You're going to get a glimpse into the
bizarre netherworld of life as a sword swallower - a
tiny subculture including less than 70 people in the
world.  You're going to see Tyler Fyre and Inesctavora
from the Lucky Devil Circus Sideshow plus appearances
and performances by countless sideshow stars.  
I still firmly believe that you've got to see live
performance in person, breathing the same air as the
performers, feeling the energy mount in the room, to
experience the real magic of a show - but we're
Americans - so we like TV and why fight it.  Watch the
special first then go see the sword swallower nearest
you and support live entertainment again.
