You might have to make up alot of letters to find something though.  It 
looks like they allocate several consecutive numbers then skip a bunch.  
Starting from each of the numbers you mention though I found a few pictures 
before and after it in the alphabetical sequence.

Regarding the handout:
I'm sure there are forensic tests to prove this but:  If the dogs were 
currently dead how did they know the dogs had been skinned while still 
alive?
