I made a player handout (just for flavor), using some
of the news stories Erick Wujcik posted in the rpg.net
forums Detroit, Clerks thread.  I didn't have any
printer paper, so I printed on a sheet of notebook
paper, which was a great effect, so I scanned it that
way.  

My problem is thus:  It's .98 meg, and I need it to be
850 kb or smaller to use the above site to host it.  I
don't have adobe, etc.  Can someone offer a solution
where I can easily resize it or someone can do it for
my lazy ass?
