[UA] Non-sequitur of the day

While I admit I haven't read a great number of rules systems, I have a 
difficult time believing that one could find in ANY rulebook a pair of 
sentences more interesting or provoking than these:

"The rest of this chapter contains rules for simulating the murder of human 
beings. Have fun."

Yikes!
