[UA] Personamancy Question

Say, does a "Mask of the Beast"  cause the personamancer wearing it to 
actually look like the animal in question to those watching, or actually 
BECOME the animal, or just look like a person in a mask acting crazy?  Or 
perhaps the personamancer takes on certain physical traits (a Bear mask that 
increased Body would make one big and hairy, a Cat mask for night vision 
would give one reflective eyes, a Tiger mask that increased Struggle might 
give the forearms of a tiger..) or.. what?
