Wadis, those magic from insanity jobs. wild adept

I've always thought that the wadi was a under
developed GMC.

There should a list of perpetuating magic effects
derived from the person's mental health problems -
manifested hallucinations; talking, bloodthirsty
microwave ovens; secret messages in the Bible.

Contagious madness a-la Bradbury.

The wadi need not be a fleshed adept school just have
a simple charge-up system with one of two repeating
Unnatural Phenomena.
