That's great! I used to love doing that in my mage
games and it all ended up that the spies where just
the robot fleas on the dog.

There was something in the old Orphan's Survival Guide
about street-kid magicians who use Wish Magick 'cause
their paradigm is based on trashy cartoons.

Similar theme of a social blind-spot being a valid
magical niche.

Try and whip up a variant Personomancy/Iconomancy
suite of spells and a charge-up menu.
