[UA] Bizarre text distribution model

That scheme is very very close to the "Street Performer Protocol" proposed
by Bruce Schneier in a paper. I dont know if anybody has implemented it
but the paper is here:

I think is a very interesting model but I dont know of anybody with the
guts to try it. Be the first, Mr. Stolze :-)
