[UA] Otherspacial Factors

Ee-gads, man, I think you've got it!  It was so
obvious!

You know, I could see these rules for these things
fitting in a Cecilite supplement... maybe in the
latter half of this decade.

As we're talking about places with different rules of
reality, there'd reasonably be a level of unnatural
phenomena associated with each, and a rought
size-correlation.

Minor otherspaces might be a single room that can
produce minor unnatural phenomena all the time, and a
significant one every now and then.  

Significant otherspace might be an apartment or
building that can produce significant unnatural
phenomenon whenever (all those powers agents get?),
and a Major one every now and then (like those
personality re-writes).

Major otherspaces... well, they can take entire towns
to the end of the world.  They're however big they
want to be, with major unnatural phenomena par for the
course.

What about artificial otherspaces?  Should we have
them?  There's that "realm" ritual in one of the Hush
Hush scenarios that would say we should.  (That, and
there's a good deal of story material in allowing
them.)

We can handle them like artifacts, maybe with limited
number of entries/exits or a set
duration-of-existance.  The natural ones would have
unlimited uses.  Anyone else feeling up to a write-up.

Maybe each natural otherspace requires its own ritual
to enter... like the rough description we got of
Ricketyland in that UA2 cosmic "witness" entry. 
(Enter theories about them being fragments of old
incarnations of the Cosmos.)

The Ghost City and Wasteland sound like they'd be
major; most Rooms of Renunciation would be
significant; that little cubbyhole under the loose
floorboard in the corner, with a bloodstain that's in
a different location each time you enter, would be
minor.
