There are two things that deserve to be scavenged for
UA. One is the King in Yellow mythos from CoC/Delta
Green Countdown. The other is 21A Rue do
Somethinginfrench from Kult.

The King in Yellow needs very little explanation, and
the creepy house-cum-throne from Kult slots right into
UA.

A while ago I created a parasitic
otherspace-demon-ghost-town called New Oslo. It's a
literal ghost town that possesses living towns and
pops off nonentities that go and replace the living
folk in the town. The normal folk are killed and feed
New Oslo. Eventually people react, blow up half the
town and kick out New Oslo.

Then it settles on another town. It would make a great
game for small-town urbanomancers, or the True King.
