Yes, I always try and skullfuck my players in moral
and ethical places.

Heh.

But on the topic of the dead Defiler, there is nothing
that stops the demon from channelling once he's
possessing sombody. In my understanding a demon can't
channel when its disembodied.

Of course you can still make a second Soul skill -
Dead Channel-that changes this.
