Yes. But since none of the other players speak any
Spanish, they thought it was this Title or mystic
gang-handle.

The adept's name was Alcatraz, but the local Hispanic
community (particularly the border-runners) knew him
as The Devil Chicken.

He was supposed to be the future nemesis of one of the
PCs.

It never panned out though.
