First, I should point out that I'm in Jeff's campaign, and I'm playing a
Trickster, which means that the character of Isabella (the Lady in question)
torments me quite a bit. On the one hand I can't help but try to be polite .
. . on the other hand, dammit, I'm the one who is supposed to be
manipulating people! Made two self-checks already last session to avoid
opening the door for her, and I have a strange feeling that a lot more
checks are in my future. Was a hilarious session though. It ended by
Isabella requesting that I give her a ride to her home.
I called her a taxi and we sat in the car for twenty minutes waiting for it.
Great moment . . . That time, I *did* open the door for her on her way out
though :).
Second, I think the first three channels are spot-on great, but the 4th
channel is a little bit iffy. I'm not sure that it's overly useful, for one,
and useful 4th channels are always a good thing. But I don't have any
immediate suggestions for replacement/additions . . . just thought I'd throw
my opin' into the mix. Would it be going too far to say that men Soul less
than her Avatar skill (or some fraction of her Avatar skill) become complete
and total pawns? Powerful, sure, but it might make sense if all men with
Soul < 1/2 of her Avatar skill are basically helpless to her every whim
(unless they make a Self-10 check, or somesuch.) Then again, I think that a
lot of the >91% channels are a bit on the weak side. So maybe that's too
powerful.
>91+%: The Lady manipulates men's minds. Over the course of a conversation

>as it suits her, moving hardened and failed notches from one meter to

>of hardened notches, or failed notches, on the whole Meter. So a Lady
>could turn your five failed Unnatural notches into one failed notch of each
>scale, but not erase them completely or turn them into hardened notches.
