[UA] Questions about UA

I actually had two, but I've forgotten the one.

About Murderer's Crow, the ritual from Hush Hush, does
the "crow" lose its magic if the user changes its
clip.

The rules say the crow becomes permanently inert if it
runs out of ammo, is this true with replacing clips
with fresh ones.

As a GM I wouldn't say so, but one of my players might
start bitching.

Any light?
