[UA] Arcane and The BeeB

So, if any media organization supported the "True
Voice" old school Herald, it's the BBC -- the BeeB.

If you hven't noticed, the BBC is cought up in a
scandal of sorts, involving a british weapons
inspector's suicide.  It seems that the BeeB's own
reporting has changed the course of events.  This is
highly disturbing, as Arcane's agenda is penetrating
this vast sanctum of the Herald.

The Herald's counter attack is clear, with a
"fact-finding" circus pulling in everyone to tell
every step leading up to it, pulling the Truth out by
its short hairs, to be reported, as a matter-of-fact.
