I've always envisioned the Comte as played by either Sylvester McCoy
(the last Doctor Who of the British series) or Bruce Myers (Krishna from
Peter Brook's The Mahabharata).

Christopher Walken I imagine as the King Urbanomancer of New York.
(Or maybe Chicago, considering all those thaumophages.  But I really
associate him with New York for some reason.)
