[UA] run it up the flagpole

The dipsomancer is very cool. Very cool indeed.

My take on these games is scribble part the plot on a
calendar. Elvis A is in trouble with Elvis B. Throw in
a lonely destitute Cliomancer looking for rare Elvis
artifacts (he's the catalyst). Steals some. Elvis A
blames Elvis B and locks-and-loads.

Elvis B hears of the theft and puts two and two
together. He finds the Cliomancer and offers help for
the sweat socks.

The PCs are in a Dennys (or some such). Elvis A's
goons burst in and shoot at Elvis B's goons with the
PCs in the middle, and the goons yelling
incomprehensible crap about the socks.

The Cliomancer is in crap and approaches the PCs for
assistance. He knows of magical artifacts the PCs can
use (Bread Crumb plot hook).

The PCs are embroiled in a gang war between Elvis A
and Elvis B, with the shoddy information broker
Cliomancer in the middle targetted from both sides.

If crap heats up, there can be even more cooks in the
broth with the Las Vegas Sleepers getting involved.

Just ideas.
