I have an issue with the charging method.  I'd suggest
that they be split into eating limbs and flesh for
minor charges, vital organs for significant charges,
and their own vital organs for a major charge, or the
entire body of a major world figure.  (Proxies don't
count; got a spare liver sitting around?)

Moreover, I'd say they if the person's been dead for
over an hour, than all the vital organs give only
minor charges.  There might even be different flavors
of charges from different vital organs, but that might
be making it a little too complicated.
