Darn it, Ken beat me to it. :) I was going to suggest Austin as well. I'm
currently running a UA campaign there that has been going quite well. The
King of Rock and Roll, one of our street musicians (wears a crown and all)
makes a good UA character (True King avatar), as does Leslie, our most
famous cross-dresser (Mystic Hermaphrodite perhaps?).

Steve Jackson Games put out a supplement for IN NOMINE called NIGHT MUSIC
that has Austin, Texas detailed (which is what Ken was probably alluding
to), so you might want to check it out.
