Even in it's minimalist state, the site looks terribly evocative.  And the dispatcher...looks a bit like Renfield and that guy from Mystery Men :)

The name reminds me of a character I came up with, but never played and never was going to play.  Johnny Sunshine was/is a local legend Entropomancer who delivered pizzas all night long.  His "drive" skill was called "Reckless Endangerment."  I came up with the character when I relflected back on my short time in pizza delivery, and how I'd do things like driving on the sidewalk without really thinking about it, or realizing what had happened until well after the fact; ANYTHING to get that thing delivered on time.

I say I never was going to play Johnny because he was actually the background for the actual PC, who I never played, but was going to.  Johnny's girlfriend, who he'd long tried to "protect" from the vagaries of the occult underground, up until the day he disappeared completely.  She's always suspected that Johnny was heavily into the drug scene, and spent a lot of her time trying to get him to kick a habit he never had.  Once he vanished, she dug up his address book and started hunting down his contacts one by one, preparing to hear the worst, but only finding the weirdest.
