Major differences (rules)

distinction between a street game (played by a circle of friends group); global game (played by Alex Abel); and a cosmic game (played by Dermott Arkane).
New schools (narco alchemy, videomancy)
New initiative rules that don't suck
New archtypes (MVP)
adding a bunch of stuff from old sourcebooks including but not limited to:  car chases, some schools and srchtypes, new skills, some NPC's.

The first change is probably the biggest, and it colors all the other changes in some interesting ways.
