There was some bizarre Mediterranean cult long ago
that worshipped filth in all forms. It was called
Iscolatry or Aescholatry. I'll get the name tonight
and post it tomorrow.

The whole crappy wizard could be part of the whole
worship of filth - plague magicians. And it has a
paradox - a vow of never cleaning or getting clean.

They would suffer all these disgusting infections and
lower Wound scores. But they become carriers and
incubators of disease. They suffer symptoms but never
die from them.
