[UA] Administrative test

My parents used to do CB radio for the five minutes when it was cool in the
70s (the only time in history that my parents were cool). 5x5 means, in
radio use, that you signal is coming in loud and clear. There was a meter
that went from +5 to -5 and if you were right in the mddle, you were working
properly. I do not know what the meter actually metered.
