Okay.  Looks like the list is working again.

Administrivia: With all of the problems with the list recently, I'm
likely going to be moving the list soon.  The new location will have
the uptime that the server used to have, and I'm looking for a place
that can guarantee at least another 4-5 years before we have to move
it again.

Although I already have a few places in mind, if you want to offer a
server of your own, please send me personal email.
