[UA] List back up at new address

Welcome everybody.  The server that the UA mailing list was on died and is
currently off line.  As such, I've used to opportunity to move the list to
a new server, lists.unknown-armies.com.  I've reverted to a slightly older
version of the subscriber list, but I'll try to get those removals and
additions that have occured in the last 2 months applied soon.  

Note that the list is only available at ua at lists.unknown-armies.com, and
the ua at lists.uchicago.edu address is dead.  We may get an alias setup some
time in the next few weeks, but please update your address books and web
links to point at the new server.

Archives are also down for now, but I'll try to get them back as soon as I
get the disks from the old server back on the net.  Until then, please
resend posts sent in the last three days that you haven't gotten copies of
back.  That should restart the conversation.  

I don't forsee moving the list again any time in the near future.  Please
accept my apologies for the prolonged outage.  I don't expect any further
outages in the forseeable future.
