[UA] List problems Update

It looks like the lists.uchicago.edu hardware is definitely having
significant problems.  John and I are working on moving the list off of
that server onto a new server that will be called lists.unknown-armies.com.
The new server is almost ready and as soon as the lists.unknown-armies.com
domain is created I will finish the setup of the list and let everyone
know.  Hopefully that will be soon, but it could take until Monday for the
address to be added.  

Archives will be down for a short time while I get the files off of the old
machine, and we will probably have to revert to a slightly dated user list.
My apologies for all of the problems.  Hopefully this new server will give
us many years of simple service, and being on our own domain name will
hopefully make any future moves totally transparent to you all.  Have a
