[UA] House of a Thousand Corpses

I've just watched this smorgasbord of
extravaganza-horror. It's fantastic.

But before I digress, has anybody run a UA game based
on slasher-cheese movies?

Y'know, the car is forced off the road, PCs are
stranded, the meet the anatagonist
hick-vampire-cannibal-freakshow-family who seems to
help them. After gaining party trust, the party is
separated and taken down one-by-one.

Except in this case, Leatherface charges in waving his
chainsaw and gets kneecapped; hide a stolen stash of
cocaine in Bates Motel's office and leaves anonymous
tips to the right people; nail the hockey-masked
slasher into the boot of a car and slip the vehicle
into a car crusher.

I was thinking of the absurdity of derailing horror
plots by letting hard-arsed cri-fi elements drive in.
Like in From Dusk to Dawn (although many people hated
the mixing of genres).

Curious.
