[UA] UA and Twin Peaks

Hi folks,

I have been thinking for the last week or so about running a
street-level UA game set in the world of the television show, Twin Peaks.
My thought is that the characters will be Bookhouse Boys (falling under
the "Occult Investigators" group archetype listed in the core book) and
that they will be trying to get to the bottom of a deeper mystery
surrounding several murders in or near the town.  What are your thoughts
on this, and, considering that I'd probably want to introduce several NPCs
like Special Agent Dale Cooper, Sheriff Truman, Albert, Gordon Cole, etc.,
how do you think their general weirdness fits into the rules of UA?

I am looking for suggestions, brainstorming, etc.
