If that were the case there would be no rooms of renunciation at all.
Then again I have never assumed there was only one Sheriff Ragoczy
either.

Hm, I see. I generally think of Reality, in the UA universe, as being a
lot... well, _dumber_ than that, and a lot less given to proactive
planning, which is how adepts and demons get away with as much as they
do. If Sheriff Ragoczy doesn't catch you (and there's only the one of
him), and you don't get the Cruel Ones on your case (and I imagine them
as lazy and corrupt, like bad prison guards), then you're pretty much
home free with whatever cosmic wrongness you manage to cook up.
