it's not actually the humble right angle that enforces conformity, a
three dimensional construct made entirely of right angles (a corner)
also extends into the fourth (and higher dimensions) and right angles to
the 3D construct. Here lies the problem; these higher dimensional
extrusions act as an antenna focussing energies from locations unknown.
When these energies reach the end of the antenna (the 3D construct),
they are transposed into their 3D analogies and broadcast throughout the
3D space surrounding the corner. The human brain is affected by these
energies in part because the brain operates in multiple dimensions
itself and the passage of these energies induce interference patterns
which can result in such bizarre effects as halucinations, personality
change, the spontanious remission of cancer, cancer, the desire to
"conform to the gestalt", and occasionally death.
