This is a really late reply but I agree.  This is the example of the human
politics of the cosmos overtaking the natural tendency of the cosmos.

I fully expect the opposite to happen, too, sometimes:

- The Warrior avatar finds his path towards his enemy blocked by a
manifestation
to get the US troops back home.

- The Masterless Man one is constantly harrassed by police; not your corrupt
cop, just the most dedicated and loyal members of the force.
