You could always make up a story about a serial
reincarnator. That demon who is forced into possessing
the unborn like dust getting sucking into a black
hole.

The child is always born with some heavy combination
of three in its date - like a mystical postage stamp.

Could be used for a long-over campaign. A game that
takes place with different characters and their
offspring over three generations. The serial
reincarnator could be the key to the story, perhaps as
a family curse that keeps the characters reliving some
atrocity through different times until the fix it.
