[UA] Editable PDF Character Sheet

For my group, I went through the trouble of making a form-filled PDF Unknown
Armies character sheet.

It's a little rough in one area (the sanity meters don't have quite the look
I want yet), but otherwise complete.

What would be the official stance on this?  Could I submit it to the
downloads section of www.unknown-armies.com ?

Could I host it on my web page, with appropriate disclaimers?

Thanks in advance.  I only discovered Unknown Armies a few months ago, and
it's already sucked away ~$150USD..  and my campaign is in it's fourth
session ( http://www.paradoxdruid.com/ua/main.htm ).
