[UA] Bad Idea: messing with TNI

Yes but everytime the word STATosphere goes through my head, I imagine a
sourcebook for Rolemaster, or some other stat heavy game. It gives me
the heebies. (Hey Dude! I just got statosphere, it has critical charts
for when you bang your toe in the middle of the night. Finally, I can't
tell you how sucky it has been having to use house rules for that.)
