There was also a story arc in early issues of The Books of Magic (the
continuing series, not the original Gaiman penned four issues), where the
mystical London Underground was explored. The Dickensesque setting was full
of Victorian clockwork devices and steam engines with mad scientists. I was
also spooked by that one.
