[UA] Is God A Carp?

I just returned from speaking with Rabbi Sekula. I asked him about it and he
said he talked to the Mashgiach of New Square. He talked with the Skvere Rebbe
and the bottom line is that the talking fish event didn't happen.
Due to who I was talking to and who he was talking to, I do not believe that it
was being covered up. The question now is how the story became such a 'real'
thing and why the various newspapers ran the story without checking their facts.
I'm going to talk to another source to see if there's anything else to this
story.
