This is incredibly off topic, but there was a ripping good story about
Google.com in Newsweek that warned of Google destroying the research
skillset of librarians.  I've had to limit my use of the awesome power
that is the Google as much as possible, lest I get rusty when the
network goes down.

Why, just today, someone asked about 'voluntary amputation,' and thanks
to the good people on this list, I was able to point him in the right
direction.  It's Apotemnophilia, by the way.
