If the players complain about low combat skills, remember the focus shift can give you about a +10%-+30%. That can give a huge bonus if you need to hit someone, but you also may get hit. I really like the way it represents opening yourself up to do something important. Heh, the focus have saved my UA pc a fews times now, being able to shoot the bad guy before he shoots you.
