I've been hit with a paintball fired from close range on bare flesh - left 
a bruise, but I've had worse ones giving blood.  No way can a paintball do 
25 points of damage.  About the only major damage it's going to do is if it 
hits an eyeball - a chance which is ably represented with a OUACOWA.

Consider the Chainsaw.  The maximum damage it can do is 27 (Chainsaw skill 
of 99, roll that.  Add 9 for the big and heavy and cutty).
