Gentle Giant

The big person with the big heart.

Attributes: The Gentle Giant embodies the idea that a physically powerful
and imposing person can actually be peaceful with the world around himself.
Despite the tone, the Avatar can be channeled by either sex.

Symbols: Anything that suggests strength or largeness with peace. Mount
Fuji, a mother gorilla, redwood trees.

Suspected Avatars: Atlas, Andre the Giant, the actor who played King Kong

Taboo: The clue in his name. The Giant may never lash out in anger or fear.
If the Giant ever physically injures someone deliberately, even if provoked,
they begin to lose their grip on the Archetype. If they do this whilst
failing a Rage or Fear stimulus check the penalty should be increasingly
severe.

Channels:
1-50%: Although look stronger than most, you possess strength which is often
described as 'impossible'. Once per tens unit of your Avatar skill, you may
flip-flop any Body roll involving non-violent brute strength. [ex. if you
had Avatar 36% you could use this ability three times a day].
51-70%: Your imposing presence is legendary, your feet tremble the ground,
your body parts crowds and your voice terrorises the most hardened soul. On
successful Avatar check you may flip-flop one roll involving intimidation.
71%-90%: Your body is like the immovable mountains and sturdy trees you
symbolise. On a successful Avatar roll all physical damage is cut in half.
91%+: The peaceful core of your being shines through. Whenever you help
someone using your Noble stimulus, make an Avatar roll. If you're successful
you may clear one related stress gauge from that person.
