The Piano Has Been Drinking (Not Me): Upon casting, the Dipsomancer 
immediately sobers up, passing his drunkenness onto any single inanimate 
object he's touching.  For 24 hours afterward, any actions taken using the 
target object suffer whatever the boozehound's impairment penalty was at 
the time of casting.  This spell technically only costs two minor charges, 
but in practice it costs whatever juice the adept is carrying, because 
casting it violates taboo in itself.
