Just today, a conversation about illustration vs. portraiture prompted
me
to remember something I saw on the internet several years ago.  It was a
collection of 6 or 8 arrest photos of the same woman, taken over the
course
of years.  So, the first was her first arrest at 19 for drunk and
disorderly, in which she's defiant and scared, and the last was her
arrest
at 42 for prostitution or heroin possession or something.

It was a chilling and visceral series, watching her life's decay
reflected
on her aging face.  Any of you Google-fu masters want to search that
thing
out?

If nothing else, it's something to show players who don't get why
hardened
notches are not necessarily wonderful.
